All Personal Information obtained by TRMS is deemed confidential and must treated accordingly. Hard copy and electronic files are stored securely for safe keeping and used for administrative purposes only. This information may be shared only with applicable governmental agencies such as the Ontario Ministry of Education. Personal Information including but not exclusive of administrative records is shredded, recycled and security disposed of after it is not longer deemed of use to TRMS.
